A large single family home in Las Manchas on about 510 m a.s.l. The location of the property allows a wonderful panoramic view across the surrounding mountains of the caldera, the cumbre and of course of the sea.
The house, which has been built ca. 15 years ago, has just been completely renovated and is now provided with new installations of electricity and water.
It has a total of 100 m², spread over the basement and the comfortable attic floor plus about 90 m² of encased arched terraces. The attic holds the parents bedroom.
The entirely equipped kitchen, which is held in bright tones, is on the ground floor. From there one gets to the two children’s bedrooms and the bathroom, or, on the other side, the spacious living room. A hidden wooden staircase leads to the room above.
The living room is equipped with large windows and a large French door leads to the roofed terrace with a very nicely arranged barbecue area.
There is a pergola canarian style right in front of the house.
All terraces and the barbecue area are elaborately tiled with natural stone plates (ca. 200 m²).
All inner doors are made of wood, yet the windows and terrace doors are made of aluminium with insulated glass. The living area has wooden ceilings.
The property has a total of ca. 1.000 m² and is not completely arranged. A number of annexes are still in build, like a small wellness area which will later hold a sauna, a bathroom and an outside shower.
The space for the pool is also already foreseen.
Electricity and a phone line are in place, water will be supplied by a rented water share.
